Trestle Piling Butt End Timbers are cut from the butt end of the piling from the Great Salt Lake's Lucin Cutoff railroad trestle.

Characteristics

  • Wide range and variety in colors, including dark streaks/stains from the salt and minerals
  • Bolt holes, staining, substantial butt checking, gouging where metal has been removed - generally more rustic / rougher in nature than standard TWII products
  • Surfacing: Generally circle-sawn texture
  • Species: Douglas Fir
