Trestlewood II (Salty Fir) Lumber
The salt and other minerals of the Great Salt Lake have helped create our signature Trestlewood II product line, known for its wide range of colors and other unique characteristics.
Trestlewood II lumber products are sawn from Douglas Fir piling of the Great Salt Lake's Lucin Cutoff railroad trestle. The flexibility of this material source supports a wide range of lumber products, including circle-sawn lumber, band-sawn lumber (KD or not), weathered lumber and edged slabs.
