Picklewood Siding
Beginning in the mid 1800s, dozens of food preparation companies produced pickles, vinegar and other food products in large wooden vats. As companies migrate from wooden vats to fiberglass or stainless steel, the Redwood, Cypress and Douglas Fir vats become available to remanufacture into stunning reclaimed wood products.
Picklewood Siding may be processed utilizing the weathered exterior faces of the vat staves to produce a rustic weathered siding option or may be processed to expose the clear, dense Redwood, Cypress and Douglas Fir material. Either way, Picklewood Siding can be installed in board-on-board, board-and-bat, board-to-board, shiplap and wedgelap configurations.
