Trestlewood II Timbers and Trusses
Our signature Trestlewood II (Salty Fir) Timbers are known for their wide range of colors and other unique characteristics, largely attributable to having spent decades in the salt and other minerals of the Great Salt Lake.

Trestlewood's Douglas Fir Rescued Timbers are generally resawn from nature-damaged (fire, insect, etc.) logs or from by-products of sawmill, logging or other wood-processing operations.

Trestlewood's Weathered Timbers are the perfect answer for a project that needs the beauty of rustic timbers.

Whether you need timbers for trusses or a frame or a single rustic mantel, Hand Hewn Timbers deliver a rugged authenticity that simply cannot be matched.

Weathered Oak Timbers / Wine room oak timbers with minimal mortice pockets
Trestlewood's Oak Weathered Timbers are mixed red and white oak timbers which were originally sawn (usually on a circlesaw mill). The colors and textures of these timbers make them a popular rustic option.

Oak Hand Hewn Timbers
Oak Hand Hewn Timbers are salvaged from a variety of hand-built structures (barns, mills, elevators) which were often the first structures built in a region. Each timber has unique characteristics from its prior use and from weathering.

Hand planed oak timbers / Oak timbers without pockets
Trestlewood's Oak Resawn Timbers are a compelling hardwood timber option. These timbers are resawn from Oak Weathered Timbers or Oak Hand Hewn Timbers, making them rustic, beautiful, stable timbers with a past.
